[RELEASED] - AoC - Some new models

  • Hi all, i made some models for my server long time ago and now i decided to post them here, take a look:

    Agatian crusader

    Agatian heavy knight

    Mason crusader

    Mason heavy knight

Mason man-at-arms and sergeant (special thanks to NORDAViND for the idea)

    Mason Admin

Download (this installation is for server-side only, not for clients):
    Mirror1 http://www.filefactory.com/file/4pj3ta5 … _skins.rar
    Mirror2 http://filesmelt.com/dl/age_of_chivalry … _skins.rar
    Mirror3 http://www.filedropper.com/ageofchivalrycustomskins

How to istall: simple copy and paste folders to your server with rewrite (dont forget to make backups!), and upload .bz2 archives to your HTTP server for fast downloads (if you have one, of course).

If you know how to make them as a client-side replacement, please tell me, because renaiming and placing into original folders (like in CSS) doesnt work.

And yes, you can decap them too:

WARNING: this models is not made by me at all, by most its a ported models from M&B and MEDIVAL 2 total war. I attached them to AOC skeleton, added some details, reskinned them a little and added blood effects for decaps.

Thats all. I hope you enjoyed the screenshots my friends, and as always, have a nice day 8-)

  • as i said before… awesome work :). i m glad to have them on our server :). keep up the good work buddy! ;)

  • Is there a client-side version, as well?

  • @Ajax:

Is there a client-side version, as well?

    Ajax! Been a while.

Anyways, I would love to see some of those models in action.

  • These models look great! But I’m running into a problem…

When a model is selected, specifically the admin model, the model shows said person with this arms up, weapon floating, and no animation. Anybody know how I can fix this?

EDIT: I noticed that several files in the .rar file were corrupt and couldn’t be extracted. Theres in issue with that rar archive, and only one of thise download links work anymore! Anybody have a fully working copy?

  • @stabby:

I noticed that several files in the .rar file were corrupt and couldn’t be extracted.

I guess the corrupted files was a .vvd ones… Anyway, i updated all the mirrors, try to redownload and reinstall, should work.

And also, if somebody knows how to make a client-side version of this, please let me know, because renaiming files and placing into original folders doesnt work.

  • This post is deleted!

  • The links are broken.

  • @Sir-Crusher the original post in this thread is 4 years old and that particular user has not made any posts in the last 3 years. You can try sending them a direct message, but it’s likely that they will never receive it unless they happen to return here.

Alternately, I suggest a google search to see if a copy of those files is hosted elsewhere.
