Map List Rotation - Fail?
Now ive had a look around - but none of the things I have seen answer the problem I have…
Basically, I CANNOT change the map rotation - no matter what I edit, the server appears to default to the standard map rotation…
What I Wanted:

I've also put this in DefaultGame.ini (as above) with AND without the  numbers after "MapList" I'm getting rather annoyed… I don't see the problem - I'm guessing something is wrong? Server Specs: Headless WinServer 2k8 install (x64) i5, 4GB DDR3, (Server has never run the game.. but that shouldn't matter) using the Server files downloaded through steam-> Tools) Any help MUCH appreciated :) Matt Edit: I'm probably the only person who launches with a bat script too?

I know this may seem dumb, but make sure you restart the server. I had an issue with (upon every restart) the server would default back to a map that I took out of the maplist. Contacted my server provider, they had to put in a server command themselves and change the default maplist.
The maplist that matters is in the PCServer-UDKGame.ini
Ctrl+F search for Maplist and change those maps.
I’ve been killing the server and restarting it after each config change… yet no matter what I Do I always end up with FFA / KOTH etc. listed, when I don’t want them.
edit: there was duplication in my .ini so I’ve removed it and hopefully its fixed… although I do not know where that came from… Fingers crossed.
Did you also edit the DefaultGame.ini? Just a thought.

be very carefull about SPACES between options ;) fyi, mine is :

Think I’ve got it sorted, the launch script has not changed btw ;)
Also, I have had better stability since removing the Max Players from my launch script and relying on the ini value (idk why… but I have?)
TO/TDM now works … issue was (idk WHEN) but id got two separate MapLists listed in the PCServer-UDKEngine.ini … Long ini = fail ;)
