Couldn't find "amdcpusetup.exe"

I just recently bought this game from Steam and installed it, but when I try to play Windows gives me the message Couldn’t find “amdcpusetup.exe”, I can run the game but It works really bad even changing all the video configurations nothing seems to work even i think it should run in low quality.
I’m using DirectX9
NVidia GeForce 7600 GS
