Client side prediction of knockback doesn't work properly

  • For anyone who doesn’t know what im talking about, knockback (Being kicked, or hit with a large weapon that pushes you back) seems to be predicted clientside, then updated when the information comes from the server. In practice, this means that after being kicked, or knocked back a noticeable distance, you teleport

    Sometimes this can be so bad that you teleport about 5 feet, which is completely disorientating during a fight

    Other than that, and hit detection in general reasonably rarely being a bit dodgy, the game is great 8-)

  • Has happened to me too and also occurs on some dodges.

  • Sometimes I get knocked back with full stamina.
