    Interesting choice of words if you watched “What the bleep do we know” and actually believed what Ramtha, the 35.000-year-old warrior spirit from Atlantis (the elder woman who occasionaly talks pseudo Shakespeare english), told you about the world, the universe and everything else.

    I only watched like 20-30mins in, So no didnt see that part BUT I am glad I got YOU ;) to watch the whole 1hr and 50mins and hopefully the others.

    The “What the bleep do we know” vid was more of a random addition I put to hopefully open peoples minds abit from that corner in there box they love staring at so much and look around (not sure if you were being sarcastic xD if you were then eat shit :) )

    I hope you watched the 1st one

    It’s telling that you don’t recognize sarcasm when it hits you in the face with a 35.000 year old warrior spirit from atlantis. Have fun with your pseudo-science!

    If you saw all those videos and thats all that impacted you about it.

    Then Good Luck with your “Education”

    Never saw that part, All it’s telling is your a tool who cant read

  • @L3thal:

    Then Good Luck with your “Education”

    No need for that, my shit actually works. You instead choose to buy into simplistic and infalsifiable feel-good “learn the secrets of the universe and human nature in three easy steps” bs without questioning. Keep your good luck, you’ll need it more than me.

  • Which is feel good? Your going off one fact, so really your a stupid motherfucker who doesnt look at all angles before he decides and just gains a impression of something and writes it off

    E = mc2 remember that bitch

    E = mc2 remember that bitch

    :D That’s always a goodie. But i think it’s way funnier when New Age rapes quantum/particle physics. The stuff they make up about quantum measurement or the uncertainty principle is priceless.

    [edit] Sorry, would love to continue this but I really need to go to bed. Kisses! [/edit]

  • No one is getting into “The Secret” here, The problem is still the same you got a impression from something and did not delve deeper into things

    Please take the test in my sig I would LOVE to know which of them you are

    Assumption is a Bitch

    Totally agree. By the way, I’m a left hander.
    And thanks for bringing up the Quantum Zeno effect. Perfect example. I don’t argue against the theory itsself. I do against the quantum mysticists though who simply make unprovable assumptions based on it.

    And the BMTI is not so different. It’s hardly scientific, the classifications are arbitrary, the results incoherent. Just because it’s been around for long and human resources guys that happen to be lazy AND stupid love it doesn’t mean it has any validity. Also it’s based on the works of this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Jung Alchemy & sprirituality. Me gusta.

    By the way, I cannot watch your first video because of copyright issues. I could use a proxy, but the fact that it leads a list that contains stuff like the aforementioned What the Bleep, little pearls like this http://parapachamama.blogspot.de/2010/1 … acred.html
    and Timewave Zero leads me to believe that i’d waste my time. Which i seem to do anyway on this thread, so well. :P

    Reading all you have said these days, You “appear” to be smart but too rational, You can easily see Hollywood using MBIT types all the time i.e. Despicable Me, Zombieland -INTP or radio talk shows Dave Ramsey-INTP and in schooling. Its hardly “scientific” or “applicable” to YOU but for some REASON colleges, business and government use it all the time

    You knowing the Quantum zeno effect you should to some minor degree agree with some points the wikipedia of new thought was saying but you just seem like a “The architect” matrix wannabe spawn and probably has never done any kind of drug in fear of your asshole loosening up and too constrained

    I’m not saying/agreeing if you believe in something/anything it will happen or any crap like that but there is a deeper math on what can be done with the mind(well obviously)

    MBTI is widely used in american HR offices because what it promises is every HR guys dream: A standardised way to determine (supposedly) job-relevant personality traits without the hassle of actual evaluation. Send out a few tests, put the results and the desired wage into your excel sheet, boom, there’s your optimal candidate.
    Or you can at least filter the initial amount of applicants down one or two orders of magnitude. What a time saver! Especially for big temporary projects like movies thats such a sexy promise that people don’t seem to look too hard if their tool actually works.

    And I’m really not the only one questioning the usefulness and the merit of the theory behind this test. If i may refer to wikipedia once more:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Brig … _Indicator
    Check the paragraphs “Utility” and “Reliability”. “Criticism” is actually more important, but a bit technical. There are also some of the relevant studies linked in the footer sources.

    It also seems to be very american to not question shady tools if they promise to be useful.
    Like for example no other judical system in the world is so in love with the “Lie Detector” (or polygraph), which has also been proven countless times to produce questionable results at best and is laughably easy to manipulate for everyone.
    Still it’s used and counted as evidence.

    @L3thal:

    You knowing the Quantum zeno effect you should to some minor degree agree with some points the wikipedia of new thought was saying

    I don’t quite know which points i should have to agree with.
    These are their core tenets:

    Infinite Intelligence or God is omnipotent and omnipresent.
    Spirit is the ultimate reality.
    True human self-hood is divine.
    Divinely attuned thought is a positive force for good.
    All disease is mental in origin.
    Right thinking has a healing effect.

    People may think about god what they want as long as they leave me alone with it, but the health stuff is outright criminal in my book. And nothing of that is in any way justifiable with the Quantum Zeno effect.
    If you don’t consciously misrepresent it to make shitloads of money from sick and desperate people, that is.

    @L3thal:

    I didn’t really see Matrix3 after the pile of garbage that was part 2, so i’m not really sure what you mean with the architect stuff. And my asshole is fine, thank you.
    I’m not saying it’s forever impossible to describe human consciousness by mathematical means, but if you look at the current state of AI and neural networks we are still VERY far away from doing so. People who claim to have it all figured out but only deliver faulty proof or none at all don’t do so because they’ve uncovered secrets noone else has, but because they want your sweet, sweet munay. Self-optimization is a VERY profitable market.
