Then your needs are going to go unfulfilled, because that’s not a possible feature in Chivalry at this time. Take the mod’s advice - it’s your only option.

That is correct. All you can do is restart the server and hope people rejoin.

Sounds like you are looking for reserved slots maybe?

Additional admin options like reserved slots and remote console are coming in the near future :)
