Steam prices are universal AFAIK. The converted equivalent of $30 USD applies to any currency. That’s something like 960 rubles.

They are not… Hehehe. If you have any British (Not always) or Russian friends, ask them how much they paid for their last new release. It is not 50-60$.

Not entirely sure, but it’s a bit BS. Here is a website every steam user should save into their favourites before going ahead and buying a game. In some cases, you might be paying double the price of a game you could get elsewhere, or even up to 4x the price of what you can get elsewhere.

In Russia, games are typically very expensive, along with other software. Just take a look at Adobe photoshop digital download prices on the US website compared to the Australian or Russian (or wherever else) websites.
