How much of AOC will be incorporated into CBA?
I realy want to see all of the old maps (except for firecrag)

I sat here for like a minute trying to work out what CBA stood for, lol. None of us have used that term yet.
In answer to your question, there are a few maps we have in mind which we would love to transfer in to Chivalry because they are iconic Age of Chivalry maps which the existing community just love. The map which you see in the media section called arena is designed as a far better replacement for tournament, but this doesn’t mean there won’t be other arena/tournament style maps also.
As far as I’m aware, firecrag isn’t yet planned to move over, but who knows? :lol:

Helms Deep is a way unbalanced map, but yea it’s an awesomely mad map generally.
But, have no worries for this kind of maps like helms deep and other movie battlegrounds, people will start making custom maps with these places just as the game goes out.
I hope we get to play this game before the world ends though :)

Yeah, Stoneshill is the better gameplay map, but Helms Deep is the most visually appealing map I’ve ever seen…

Yea that is true.
And it’s a great map for pub games anyway, makes you feel like you’re in the movie.
You always find some nerd typing in chat “Where is Gandalf” or “Kill the orcs” when you play with pubbers.

New lotr maps would be cool as well though, I’m currently working on the Osgiliath map again, but I’ll probably make it in the UDK instead.

Well since the game is no longer a MOD and legal issues come into play, i dont think you will see any official LOTR maps in the new game, unfortunately.

I guess you mean that the team is not allowed to make any maps out of movies and such cause it is copyright.
But fans can do it legaly, right?
