Strenghten Shields (back to before content update 1)

If i could wish… :king:

I would love to get back the playstyle for all shield players like before the patch.
Which would mean to remove two of the new features in content update 1:

With the above features, it almost is not usefully anymore to fight with shields. Especially the windup time for weapons when using a shield makes it now so weak - you are almost not able to attack before you already get attacked again. Please let the shields be usefully & strong. Be tolerant to a defensive playstyle.
