Setting Max Ping kicker !!

Hello,
The recent patch notes state you can add a max ping kicker to your UDKgame.ini
“- added server option for Max Ping (set bUseMaxPingLimit=true under [AOC.AOCGame] in PCServer-UDKGame.ini, and set fMaxPing, iPingThresholdHitBeforeKick, and iSecondsToKickForPingLimit)”
This does not work !! i followed correctly and tried to fix myself with no win
Any help would be appreciated.
