Will this system allow me to play Chivalry well?

  • I’m looking into buying a new computer (this game inspired me) but I"m on a tight budget. I’ve yet to narrow down what desktop I’ll be buying, but I’ve found a graphics card and processor that I like.

    • (graphics card) AMD Radeon HD 7770
    • (processor) Intel i5 series

Assuming all the other systems on the desktop were decent, would I be able to play Chivalry on with such specs on medium graphics and good fps? Thanks for any help.

  • I’d say so.I’m an advocator of that 7770 card, and you can get them for like $120 now. If you need help building a rig let me know. I am very good at building budget gaming PC’s. You can PM a price and some thoughts on parts. I could show you good alternatives or let you know if you are getting the best bang for your buck.

Awesome! I’ll keep that offer in mind!

However I wasn’t thinking of building a custom desktop I am open to ideas. If it isn’t TOO difficult (I’m no techy) and is considerably cheaper then buying a desktop, then I will definately consider it. Thanks.

  • No problem. And you should look at these videos to see if you are up to the task. It’s really not that bad. Your first time build will probably take around 3 hours, because you will be cautious and referring to guides to ensure you do it right. But after you do it once, you will love how your new PC has exactly what you wanted, with no compromises or bloated price tags.
