It’s been over a month, I was told to wait and have done very patiently for a dev, but to no avail. First of all, If you have a problem as big as this you’d think it would be priority, along with patches, but I have not been told or seen any news regarding this problem, only fixes generated by your community that your moderators pass on to newer customers with the same problem. But hey, maybe it doesn’t take priority. It would take all of ten minutes for one dev to log in to this and begin to help me or even just ask me to wait a little while longer.
I’ve complied with everything that has been asked of me other than posting a ‘crash .dmp’ on a new drive as it is a pointless request one that I could only imagine was to stall time for a dev to get in touch.
If there is a team of only fifteen members why would you not hire others (not use mods who know next to nothing that the community hasn’t told them) to deal with these types of problems instead of telling a member(s) to wait for over a month.
The problem is not with the majority of your uses which implies that it is something to do with an individuals computer, but that does not mean that person is at any point obliged to re-install Windows or move Steam, it would be your obligation,as designers of the game, to fix this. Or at least that’s what I think, but I’m certain I’m not alone there.
This was not aimed at moderators and I didn’t wish to offend any if you thought it was. I was assisted very well by them.
I’m not as frustrated with this as I am at the fact I can not get a refund on a game I am un-able to play because you devs have been too lazy to help.
For the record, I was told to wait as it was the holidays, well unless you work by an education time scale (such as a school) your break would have been shorter than 2 weeks.
I no longer wish for your help and no longer wish to play your game.
