The XtCr servers have a mod installed which allows players to register, track stats, etc. Admins can use commands such as !kick or !ban in chat. It seems quite nifty. No mod is shown on the server list. What are they using?

BUG: Switching between Mods
I would like you to view a discussion I created on steam reagarding a bug when switching between mods in a server. Here is the link: http://steamcommunity.com/app/219640/discussions/0/517142892072940402/?tscn=14435.
I used Maplist=AOCFFA-Arena3_p?modname=BlackKnight. Then, for example, Maplist=AOCFFA-Tavern_p?modname=LASERSWORD. It appears to be a known bug where the map loads on the client, however no option to select class or even exit the program is given. The client is stuck in limbo until he or she manually terminates the program. The second time the client finds theirself in this situation, however, it’ll work find. So is the case with all other times (it seems). There is also a random client disconnect (connection refused), but I believe it is associated with a bad SDK map. Anyway, if you’d like to see it for yourself, visit my server: 184.108.40.206:7787
Lag Spikes unique to chivalry
I’m the admin of a few servers on chivalry. I have a problem which I cannot surpass. At any given moment, a player’s ping will spike. People who normally have a 8-20 ping will shoot anywhere from 120-200. At the same token, I’ve had about 40+ players between both of the servers I host without any serious lag, however I did notice one player desyncing after his ping when from 40 to 192.
It’s not the server. I migrated the current server config files from a quad core to a a new 12 core PowerEdge. The same problem keeps occuring. I have a fiberoptic connection with plenty of bandwidth to spare. QoS is setup using a hardware firewall, and has been tested. Even with 40 players I’m only using about 1/75th of my allocated bandwidth. Both servers had different operating systems and hardware. I even went as far as replacing our switch and router. This is a problem unique to Chivalry, and I’d like to find out why. To give you an idea of how confusing this is, my ping will shoot up as well (from 4 to 20), and I’m on the LAN. Of course, I never lag, however it shows me that the problem is within the server programming and not on the network infrastructure.
I’ve tried optimizing PCGame-UDKGame.ini based on recommendation I read on these forums:
This seems to have helped, yet I have not completely isolated the problem. The server utilization has never topped 30% so please, help me optimize this thing.
"Map does not exist or is disabled"
I know there are successful servers out there, so if someone could be as kind as to point me in the right direction I would be eternaly greatful. I have two decent servers, one which runs stock maps and the other custom content. I have two problems. On both servers, I will get an SDK transition error upon map change. Research revealed it is linked to the Stoneshill map (or so I believe). Can anyone confirm this?
Also, some of my custom maps can be switched to via “adminchangemap”, however they display “map does not exist or is disabled” when you try to mapvote them. I tried the only fix I saw on these forums, by copying everything to the CookedSDK subfolder. That did nothing. Can someone please help?
