I bought this game today after enjoying it at a recent LAN party, waited a few hours for it to download and install, and then after sitting through that little Chivalry banner that pops up before the game starts I see “UDK.exe has crashed.” I searched the internet, found a few “solutions” involving deleting config files. Did that, the game crashed. Used the vc_redist files. Still crashed. Reinstalled it, still crashed. This is infuriating and I’d like to actually play this game instead of looking at it in my steam games menu.
Here’s what I got by looking through dxdiag, as I’ve heard suggested many times over. I can’t post my launch.log because I can’t even get to launch.
