    • Strange Map Rotation Behavior

      So, it seems my server has been rotating onto maps that are not on my rotation. When in game, the console replies with exactly my defined rotation. However, the PCServer-UDKGame.ini file keeps changing everytime I start the server. I’ll copy-paste the AOC.AOCGame section… I’ve entered the first 19 Maplist= selections, but the server keeps adding the Maplist= entires at the very bottom. is there anyway to stop this?

      I actually managed to figure out the problem… There was some conflict in the windows firewall that was blocking it. I fixed it by doing the following:

      Opening windows CMD > run as administrator

      typing ‘netsh advfirewall reset’

      It reset all my windows firewall exceptions to default. Once I started the server, it asked to “Allow Application…” prompt. I clicked Allow, and it worked perfectly from there.

    • Setting up CMW dedicated server, can not get port service...

      Hi everyone, hoping to find some help here…

      I have been trying all night to get this server up and running, it seems that I have narrowed down the problem to a port/connection issue. Even with the server running, I can not get any port checking program to give me a green light on the ports required 27015, 7777, 7778.

      I’ve gone as far as disabling my firewall in windows and my router, and setting my router to DMZ host. I have verified that these techniques opened port 80, when it was closed prior.

      I have even tried specifying a different port set using -port 7000 and -queryport 7500, forwarded both to my internal IP, and still no service. Also, multihome=192.168.0.125 or my external IP seems to break it and it ceases operation.
