It’s not a specific way, it’s a lazy way.
For god sakes, like Karasu said before, a Dev confirmed a while ago that not being able to dodge when flinched was a bug. This bug is related to bypassing the flinch times from 2h weapons when dodging.
I don’t see how it can’t be fixed, there certainly wasn’t a flinch bypass with dodge bug in 2013 that’s for damn sure.
I was referring to the changes suggested in the thread you linked.
And I’m mostlly fine with flinch out of dodge as long as it maintains the flinch. Preferably the old 1.1. My biggest concern is being unable to compensate for the dodge during combo due to the turnspeed cap.
I also don’t think maa should be nerfed any more.
