      There is still no launcher appearing. I’m still having to open the steam client, go to library and then using the right click menu in order to play in 32bit, which is annoying. Oh and about that, why does 64bit mode have super-quiet audio? It’s been happening for ages, only seems to affect me and presumably at least a small amount of other people.

      It’s like I have a different version of the game, especially when a couple maps (Bridge & Tavern) used to be unable to load for me and some other people a while ago, even after reinstalling the whole game… (at least that’s fixed now)

    • RE: Making broadheads actually viable

      Just significantly nerf the velocity of archer projectiles, nerf broadhead slightly less. Surely that’s just a simple stat tweak, right? (probably wishful thinking, I know). I can deal with the occasional archer getting lucky, but right now it’s ridiculous.

      When I was newb I used to think battle-crying healed you slightly; I’d battlecry then switch weps to cancel the animation for rapid-battlecrys… It should totally be a thing imo.

      I knew something felt off while getting hit by shortswords and daggers… Fists too. How did this get past beta exactly? What was it before… 0.4? 0.6? I don’t remember.

    • RE: Binding Feint to Parry

      Double tapping RMB is slow… if your swinging and all of a sudden you turn and see a norse sword coming at you, you need the parry to be quick. And pressing q and RMB quick enough in that situation can also be difficult when it surprised you, I’d imagine.

      Also the method I use is putting RMB in the second column and deleting it from the first column. It surprised me when i found out that it was that simple back when I used an ini tweak for it.

      The feint to parry bind just feels more natural to me, pressing 2 buttons for it is just clunky.

    • Feint-to-parry

      So before this latest patch I was able to automatically feint-to-parry by pressing rmb once, which could apparently be achieved by modifying an ini file, though I don’t recall ever doing so. Now this doesn’t work for me anymore, and I tried changing the ini file, but I couldn’t get it to work. Does anyone know how to make it work?
