I seam to be having a lot of problems with my mouse keybindings not working in game. mainly the mouse wheel. I have my wheel pushdown to crouch and push left to flourish (I think that’s what its called.) Now I have my wheel mapped to different keys, Like my ( ] ) is crouch (Push Wheel). And it works as far a pressing it and triggering the key. I just did that to type it. When I go to confider it, it looks like it works and even says the keys name but when I go in game nothing. If I map it to a keyboad key it works, so long as its not the same key as my mouse. This is quite frustrating to say the least. I’m not even sure its the game as it’s happen with one other game also. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having the same problem?

Naga Trinity Mouse and Keybindings problems?
What about a Duel Challenge, and Tag Player. in any given game?
I think it was the old JK that would allow you to challenge someone to a duel in mid game. That person then could accept or decline. If accepted, only that player was able to hit them until one was dead or they other player ran away. I feel like this would be an awesome feature for chivalry II.
Also, I’m sure in alpha/beta you’ve had that one guy/girl who got that lucky blow on you that really ticked you off lol… and now your complete focus is on hunting them down! It would be awesome if we could tag enemy players we’re eager to see on the battlefield again!

RE: Hive Gamer 3 vs. 3 Chivalry League Play Posted!
Just a friendly reminder the HG league starts this weekend on the 16th. We’ve had a lot of teams made! :) Now we just need them teams to signup here for the league. If you’re unsure how to signup your team up see this post. Please note your making a team not a clan. We’re working on an update on HG that will let your clan and its teams have a presence on HiveGamer.
P.S We are still looking for chivalry staff to help run our events. If you would like to help please submit an application by clicking on the yellow help wanted link on Hive Gamer
RE: Do you use 1st or 3rd person?
We had a huge debate about this in competitive talk. You can see the Post here I myself only enjoy playing in 3rd. We also support “3rd person view” in our 1vs1 Brackets on Hive Gamer Both has its advantages and disadvantages. On a competitive side. As long as you’re in an open area with no walls. I don’t see what the big problem is, and as such, this is why or 1vs1 are hosted on Moor. (No WALLS) :)
On a side note, I see a lot of talented individuals setting up events, setting in-depth rules, and balance tweaks that they feel are right. Please understand that we’re not trying to come in and take anything over, but we’re also not trying to exclude anyone in the process. I’m not sure if this where we lost your support but it seems to be the fact that because we support 3rd person view it has turned a lot of people off. My argument is that, for me, I only enjoy playing Chivalry in 3rd person. First person is ok, and it’s a pretty cool experience, but I just prefer 3rd person and a good number of other people do as well judging from the amount of feedback we got. I’ve thought about this and there’s both a positive and a negative side to 3rd person. I’m assuming the gripe with it is field of view, thus being the positive for 3rd person. However, the negative side to 3rd person is that it’s a lot harder to block and easier for another player in 1ts to get a hit in from my experience and what I’ve been told. So, my question is. Are you guys willing to try it out competitively? Maybe we’ll even gain some players.
RE: Chivalry could use MOTD
A MOTD would be super beneficial to someone like us. We host a great deal of popular community servers. A MOTD would help get the word out on events, News, Rules etc… we have going on. This is a definite needed feature. You would’ve thought it would have been implemented by now. I know about the mods. However you shouldn’t have to install Third party software for a MOTD.
