+1 to some kind of change. I’d prefer a flat 5 second respawn. I don’t mind auto spawning, but I can see the merits of click to spawn; maybe make it a toggle in the options somewhere?

In Tribes: Ascend (also using unreal engine) you can increase/decrease camera speed with the scroll wheel. It works great, I’d highly recommend a similar feature.
From my experience with the same title, first person spectating is troublesome to set up on the engine, so I’m not sure if we can expect it from an indie dev team, but snapping to players in third person shoudldn’t be too hard.

+1 more to a center dot. The lack of it leads to people using marked screens/overlays to get around it, which leads to all kinds of undetectable, unfair advantages… all over a simple thing which everyone should have access to anyways.
RE: As an archer, I would like to kick
I don’t like being helpless as an archer in close range, but I also really don’t like being helpless against archers at long range.
Try using the javelin… with that, you can kick, block, even stab/overhead swing, and still have the ability to kill relatively distant enemies with a single headshot.
RE: Time Remaining - Simple Suggestion
I’d be cool with an on screen timer. Put it on top of a little coat-of-arms icon that identifies what team you’re on… sometimes it’s hard to be sure. :?
Of course have an option to disable it for those who don’t like it.
RE: Idea for duel mode
I think this would be hilarious, though possibly a bit distracting. I’d definitely support it as a specific map: a small ring with no obstacles, surrounded by an un-jumpable wall and the rest of the players in the server, yelling and cheering, without the ability to attack.
There’d have to be a way of choosing to spawn as a normal floating-cam spectator, so it would still be possible to float right into the fight and see it as close as you want.
