The knight should be slow as hell, he could be kicked and he would tip over and then took some time to get back up.
You’d be surprised just how much and how fast a guy in full plate can move.
The grunting in this game made friends and relatives confuse it with porn many a time.
I think what people are getting at is the samurais should feel like they have a higher level of skill in their movements tho’,
Those people need to do some research then, because Europe had some very sophisticated martial arts during the Middle Ages. For some reason, movies/games (including Chiv) insist on not using them.
Man, I love to crush my opponent bodies’ head into nothing and said
“No zombie allowed :3”
I prefer “THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!” myself. :D
If i learn how to fight with the same materials they had back then why would you think that the outcome is that much different?
But yeah, maybe i picked a lousy clip, because they clearly only go for “points” and dont fight too agressiv. But appart from that i dont see why a duel in the medival would be too different from that.
It’s entirely different because of the rules involved. When you start fighting for points and start taking away potential targets, it completely changes the fight.
I liked “To the purpose!”
And even though I never got to hear it myself, there’s the infamous “DEFEND THE FARM!” bug.
This is how they most likely fought back in the medival. It might look like random hit exchanging,
Not quite. It’d be much more believable if they were grappling, stabbing, etc. It might be fun, and the guy might be good, but in the end, it’s a combat sport that’s not reminiscent of medieval martial arts.
Poor archers though lol they really dont stand a chance.
I…. I may have been killed by an archer in duel mode… more than once.
Glad I’m not the only one getting trashed on Duel mode. For what it’s worth, I think I was at 15-45 last night, so you’ve got a better run than me.
Personally, I decided to change classes and practice more in FFA. See if that helps.
and that we all need to be mannered and say “gg” after every game disregarding any possibilities that it wasn’t a good game and it was a complete stomp.
Why not? It’s good sportsmanship, and honestly I have a lot more fun when people are taking the game as a game and not like it’s a personal matter.
