Its a pain in the ass this fake player schiess. 16v16 you get in there and there and its more like 6v6
Are there server moderators or just server owners, I guess my next question is who is responsible for falsly showing ACTUAL numbers?
2he seems to swing faster than a mace or axe or sword, I try to play maa and i cant hit anyone even if theyre not moving and standing in front of me. I cant get in and get a stab off and get out.Either my own team kills me or i get one shot from the handle of a pole arm. I just asked for help. Like i said I dont understand how it works and i would like to play to get better not buff lmb spammers kdr.
I would like help with this game , there are things i dont understand that no one is willing to help me with and its not in the tutorial.
Swing areas draw trace is fail its only there for a second
how MAA weapon speed is so slow compared to 2handers [also borked dmgfrom short range]

Dark Age Of Camelot is/was the best mmo in history to this date. [imo]
why? It was mmorpg based till you hit top level - then it was basically open world [factioned] realm wars [like gw2 WvWvW] but it more portrayed the RL components this game is attempting to recreate for our enjoyment. i.e Chiv shall never have magic [all win TB] however siege engines and treb and ballista are already in place [albeit unmovabalbe objects currently].Which I hope they will be 100% movable objects in the future
So if there was one "world server"and your local servers [as they are now] you would have a choice to hit the open world realm kinda stuff. LAG is the next biggest issue or latency i should say, most servers I play on have seemingly been good hq and generally play smooth till its maxxing out, you could run 4 shard instances one in aussie one in USA and one in EU [or smthn] and have another shard for all players to play on.
I personally would like open world [not sooooo open its retarded] seiging with capturable objectives and things like that.
Campaign content for 1-4 players - yep make some dungeons. make new gear that only very slightly increments battle stats. Not like 1% faster swing , like 0.5% faster swing so new players dont get superraped and have a chance [bearing in mind this is one example of a buff]
Guilds to own battle keeps and have them challenged< :
1. owning a BK should buff you [plus towers]
2. when you are challenged and lose a couple of ‘towers’ your buffs are reduced: the BK could apply a 2% movement bonus[or 5% overhead swing dmg buff] for the guild and say 2/3 towers are destroyed [make it take a week or so to repair so people can challenge a half smashed keep[-RL component]then the 2% becomes .4% [ or .33% for the geeks[or 5% to 1.6%] or something to that effect
The current state of the game has little replay value for the mmorpg crowd - Although in the heat of the battle is definately one of the most immersive and involved games.
This game also has a huge potential for the role players. I wont say more I dont RP much and there are RP’ers who will do a better job of what i was going to say.
I beleive time and money [Torn Banner resources] and some shit hot coding. you could attract a large crowd and make some good money maybe - money is what ruins most games
Too much money Devs stop listening . Not enough money and they cant appease the players wants
Find a balance and this game could be huge.

Not sure it’s a nice idea for shooters, but when it comes to all melee a direction alert shouldn’t help much due to the fast pace. If you are still unaware by the 2nd hit your probably dead :P
seeing some enemy go round the side of a building , and he didnt see you , great time to set chase and nail him from behind, hopefully a one swing head chop.
As far as I am aware this game is to portray RL medieval combat , they didnt have hitmarkers, get with the 14th century!
One thing i would like to see is if someone swings at your face and is very close [same with arrows] you get a SMALL motion/vision blur like .3/sec without ANY penalties. however if you DO get struck there should be none[imo]

Thank you very much - last game I played had hitboxes. So was wondering what the deal was thank you also for the stat sheet, very interesting to peruse, once i know the game a bit better im sure it will be more handy
