      Uuuurgh, such a pain hahahah. I’ve had worse problems with other engines though, Cryengine 3…released with 16bit floating point, Cryengine 2, 32bit floating point. I imported a Roman Colosseum model (with interior) into Cryengine 2, all looks great, put into Cryengine 3, everything is all skewed and vertices are merged due to the floating point values.
      At the time, I had no idea, nor could find the reasoning for my mesh being messed up, I spend about 3 weeks trying to fix it before other people in the community had similar issues and a developer answered, lol.

      Such is the nature of games engines.

      Yeah I find it happens with Messer a lot.

      I think this in an old bug that is much worse now because the camera’s been moved back, whereas it used to just cover a bit of the screen in now obscures a lot of vision.

      Thanks Andrew - i will IM you a pack of stuff about skeletal mesh imports, post the result here if we get to a solution

      As for the customization, if there is some way to expose the relevant class variables so that helmet and shield skeletal meshes can be set / overridden for AOCPawns. Classes don’t seem to be accessible through kismet modifyproperty or setMesh actions, unless the coder has specifically exposed a variable at the object level…. if that makes any sense.
