Having the same problem, happening with both Chiv: MW and Deadliest Warrior. I am also not opted into beta. Also, earlier today I tried verifying the local files, and it made me download 1.8Gigs (which sucks with limited monthly internet) and it let me on for awhile. In the middle of a game, it kicked me out and gave me an SDK error, something about not having the right content.
Hey, its Caboose. My internet crashed, so feel free to give me my prize here, since there is no way I didn’t win that costume contest. Fabulous peasant, OUT!
Steam community stuff is down. So I’m assuming my full Steam ID would be what it says when I log into Steam?
I’ll probably go, it sounds like a blast. Provided no one minds if I go afk every few minutes to hand out candy :p
Also, since other people have posted what time zone they’re in, I’m US East.
I have an idea for what TBS could do to communicate more with the community, without (hopefully) taking too much time away from developing the game.
One of the lead devs from World of Warcraft (in before WoW hate) has a twitter account where members of the community can ask questions, and he’ll respond to them when he has the time. Perhaps TBS could do something similar?
If you logout of steam and login do the server reappear?
I’ve seen this happeneding when a connection to steamworks is lost. I think that also appears in the log files too
I’ve tried restarting the game, as well as Steam
OMG U GUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISE I PICKED THE SLOW HIGH DEFENSE CLASS AND I CAN’T MOVE AS FAST AS THE FAST MOVING LOW DEFENSE CLASS
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOM MAKE THEM STOOOOOOOOOP
Learn to fucking play you babies, you’ve got the option of taking medium range weapons that twoshot them and are fairly quick to swing or short secondaries that twoshot them and are very quick. Utilize footwork.
This is the type of response that is both A) stupid and B) pointless.
Also: The medium range weapons will never hit any half decent MAA. Dodge, plus their move speed means they’ll very rarely ever get hit. With the short secondaries, well, it’s exactly the same, except most of the time the MAA won’t even have to dodge backwards. They only have to backpedal.
