    • RE: Upgrading castle/players?

Well, don’t mix up Starcraft (RTS) where upgrades ARE the game and CoD (bad FPS) where upgrades are some shitty shining effect wich make your weapons as powerful as the bfg in Doom or quake!

There would be no competitive ways to include weapons upgrade in CMW, what if one team unlock the “hit faster” upgrade way before the other team?
      Total wipeout.
Same with the “Flaming sword” upgrade…. except that I would like this one :P

      Yes, thank you SlyGoat.

The vanguard is, as always, appealing^^

Zombies would be awesome… with a leech king as boss ;)

As far as upgrading weapons throughout the course of a match, I disagree.

      I agree with this.
      Bad idea.
CMW is all about skills, knowing your weapons range, timing… Upgrading things is a bit too casual, this sort of things you’ll see in CoD, and by me, this is absolutely NOT a compliment.

That’s actually quite low, it is a good news :D

    • RE: Make knights armor to have realitic damage affliction

On top of that the heavy knight in AoC can take 2hits instead of one and live. It means that he can easily handle every duel without really thinking about it.
A man at arms, is way faster but he got to think of his moves if he really wants to kill someone, especially a knight.

If CMW uses the same mechanics, then its already good, a heavy knight will pawn and repawn like a demon before its frenzy ends, and this even if he feels arrows or small dagger. 8-)

To make things lame and easier, archers have got mechanical zoom-in eyes, from what i saw…. and if devs leave this feature…i would probably hate them

I still do not understand the need of this. There is no such aberation in AoC (not that I know of) and archers are like… are like… I HATE THEM!
Is this feature there to target a larger marketing crowd? Why don’t we have that with the throwing weapons then?

    • RE: Disarming your Foe?

Lets face it, every battle would turn into a contest of perfect block.
Of course it would require some skills and training (wich to me are the same thing) but that would still change the way we act in battle…
      Stalemate.
