I’ve seen this tag quite a bit, and cannot find out who they are. I’ve searched over the list of active clans, and unless I missed something obvious, I was unable to locate something that would match that.
I’m looking fo a US East coast group, and just through playing on servers with low ping’s I’d guess that these guys fit the bill.
Just curious who they are and if they are recruiting.
I didn’t even know you could unlock helmets in the first place. Attain a certain level or amount of kills or something?
You gain a veteran helmet for a class if you unlock all weapon that class has available.
Is it applied automatically? Or do you have to do it manually in the options? Even so, that option looked like general clothing stuff, not class specefic.
I thought I had all my unlocks. (I could be wrong though, maybe a few secondary weapons left)
I can’t understand why soo many ppl care soo much about helmets or costumization in a FPS game at all. I mean, it doesn’t give you any special or extra atributes/stats except the look, right? I could as well play (visualy) naked in a FPS game, i wouldn’t care.
But thats just you.
There are a ton of people who love cosmetic items, even more so if they had to earn it. Besides, you can go to 3rd person in this game if you choose.

To be honest and no offense intended, I think you are looking too far into this. .

I look at it as something more akin to button mashing in fighting games. It works, simply because of the speed and unpredictability, but its not like they are a strong player because of it, and with a little timing and concentration it can be overcome.
I also think that a lot of the people that complain about it are just looking for an excuse for getting killed. Hell, ive been accused of being a “LMB spam NOOB” and 90% of my swings are overheads! lol
Just out of cursiosity, are there any out there, or people working on them?
I really love the combat system in this game, and think it has a lot of potential for some fun stuff. I keep dreaming of a chivalry meets diablo/doom kind of game, if AI is even possible.
Im not a modder myself, or even a programmer, but I can dream :D
