I have 350 hours in the game and have somewhere around a 400-100 win/loss ratio. I tend to do a win loss of around 8-1 now but I had a few shitty games when i was getting back into chivalry in beta 1.
Heres a couple tips. First of all, you need to know that you dont know shit about balance, and neither do I. Everyone has a playstyle that is unique to them. When matched against other players playstyles and weapons you are going to have very varied results. Certain playstyle and weapon combinations may be a lot harder for you to beat compared to someone with a different playstyle and weapon combination. You may only be able to beat a defensive MMA but have lots of difficulty with offensive MMA’s, other players it may be the opposite. The amount of playstyle + weapon vs playstyle + weapon combinations are endless. Unless you are doing some real scientific shit and have put hundreds of hours into testing and studying the game, you don’t have the slightest idea about the games balance. Everyone has their own personal list of what is overpowered and what isnt. What seems balanced and unbalanced is entirely subjective. Everyone is so quick to blame the game for their own shortcomings.
