I’m just wondering because i like the soundtrack when you play the tutorial level.
So, when the game is getting released will there be soundtracks that will be released too?
From my idea? Or are you pointing at a someone else?
But if you are pointing it at me, why the hell not? When using fists you wont be able to block weapons at all. So why not adding this? It would be perfect actually. Even in MW vanguards could do an assault attack with their swing when running. I just want it so it’s only for the ninja, gives you some maybe some chance when pulling up your fists. Just see this as an extra feature for the ninja.

I don’t really sure ninjas were using this flying jump kick…
But what if you draw up your fists? And when you run for like 10 seconds it will automatically be prepared to do a flying jump kick? Ofcourse it will be only for the ninja class.
Just see this as in medieval warfare (Vanguard class) he also can do this attack but then with his weapons.
The kick will do a 50% damage than with his fists. And ofcourse it is possible to block it, just like in MW vanguard class. It also will lose half of your stamina.
TL:DR, The ninja able to use a flying jump kick at opponents when drawing your fists and this technique can be used just like the vanguard in MW.

I use the ninja really often right now. I love playing this class!
Right now, the ninja lacks some things…mostly the metsubishi, but the most important: Roll and speed.
Roll is sometimes useful but most of the time it actually sucks because when an enemy has a long spear (like a spartan) or other classes with long swords will even take you down while performing the roll. This is really annoying thus it actually is almost useless to use. (Only when ninja vs ninja).
Furthermore the ninja also needs to jump higher as he do now in the beta. It’s a ninja so maybe something like double jump? or jump higher than other classes?
I kinda like the damages it gives from the weapons the ninja has, maybe i think they need a slightly bit more speed or slightly more reach.
Other than that, i love the ninja and i even play it even if it’s the weakest class right now.
I hope they’ll buff the ninja class up! And i can’t wait to see how it will become on full release!

It was Ninja vs Spartan. I play Ninja allot.
The spartan is really difficult to attack because of his huge shield, no problem with that since you can kick his shield away so you easily can give it a slash or an overhead. So when i perform the kick on him i suddenly could not move for a second. I press W to walk forward after the kick, but it just did not work.
So i actually did this,
Holding F to kick, Press W to go forward and for a few seconds after i press LMB. This means i could not move and i completely missed the hit of my swing! This happens every time! This makes it all an easy kill for the opponent!
I don’t know if this only happens on the Ninja though but give this a try, and see it for yourself.
Just try holding F and after the kick hold W and see that you can’t move while the kick animation is actually finished!

EDIT: Actually, this happens when you want to strike after the kick and when you strike you will stand still while you actually can strike + walk forward. And you can slash and walk at the same time. But doing a kick and a slash will not make you move.
Free hits are always bad.
When playing as a ninja in multi team deathmatch you’re screwed already. Ninja can’t fight on multiple enemies. Ninjas are fragile with 2 hits. So i really don’t see the problem.
I do a bit agree with you there OP because alot of overheads i’m trying to do or slashes while i hug someone isn’t always a HIT. It’s like they are passing through the player and then the enemy just slashes me and BAM game over.
This does reminds me the quarterstaff in chivalry MW.
It also didn’t have that long reach feeling here. They still didn’t fix that either.
IT feels like this: I use the longest weapon with the most reach 100%, while actually it has 40% reach and wont hit the enemy while i strike.
This happens here too.
I was even trying the “Training” to able to practice with the ninja class and i can’t get further than 4th round when there is a bunch of AI coming towards me at the hall. There is no such way a ninja can handle all of them. And imagine that in a multi teamdeathmatch with real players. For now the ninja is only good at fighting with 1 enemy. And yes they are really weak in overall.
Ninja just needs a good buff when the full game is coming.
Another great example, I was playing on a duel server and i was a ninja, i took one of those spartan guys to challenge. And when it begins, i couldn’t even kill him! There was no way i can take him out with the Bo staff! He had a shield so i couldn’t do anything then hitting him. And i didn’t used ninja rolls because they are broken. I do still try to roll alot when i encounter an enemy coming towards me but it’s ridiculous when he stabs me to death while i perform a roll backwards.
So i fully support the speed buff, roll buff, metsubishi buff etc.
