Ok so ive definetly come across this no flinching bug, since it cant really be lag because mine rarely goes above 0.4 sec delay hope it gets fixed…

When you hit someone is it based on how much damage you do? or what? can someone please tell me because its really annoying seeing enemies never flinch but when I get hit i cannot attack.
as there is no other form of reporting please keep a look out for this guy, tk’s for no reason.
also can someone PLEASE tell me how to votekick so far out of about 150 people no one has told me thanks.
LOSE CONNECTION EVERY GAME
This is really annoying, i can join games but every single game after about 5 seconds i suddenly lose connection, and when i say lose connection im not kicked from the game everyone just continues running in the direction they where going as what usually happens with random disconnects. But this happens whichever server i join.
please some help!!!

ye im afraid its not a great idea to be implemented into the game, but sounds like an awesome idea for a mod.

Hey op intresting point and i partially agree with you but how would you propose to fix this issue? You cant just remove blocking/parrying. All i can think of is new melee moves to get around blocks e.g. my newly suggested low sweep :)
Anyone else want new moves for melee?
I just thought it would be cool to have some new moves to make combat a bit more intresting and maybe give archers a little more chance against one of the other classes and not just get comepltley owned. If anyone has any ideas please say, as i cant really think of many other than these 2:
1: Using both mouse buttons ( or maybe some other form of control) you grab the oppenent, if he has below 20% stamina you instantly finish him off with a special move, if not you lose a little stamina(similar to missing a normal attack).
2:clicking and holding mb1 with a two-handed weapon you do a low sweep attack which can be used to get underneath blocks or parries, however attack is very slow.
RE: Unblockable vanguard charge
Although i partialy with the op the changes you and others are suggesting are a little over the top, because although the charge attack is the vanguards main advantage as it is his special ability, like maa’s dodge, it should have a little more power then what it is at the momment which is pretty much a slightly higher damage horizontal swing thats incredibly easy to predict. I guess a small increase in stamina consumption if the enemy blocks it could be something to consider, but its not as if its useless, have you ever tried a charge with a 2h sword against 4 unsuspecting enemies? its really satisfying getting that many kills with one swing :)

its not just shields op, parrying is a little buggy, and like you ive been told thousands of times “you have to point the block in the direction of the attack” yes i understand and thats what i do but sometimes it literally does not work. In terms of parrying this some would say is a lag problem but in some cases it would be in my cases is not because recently ive been having awesome connection,near no lag dont know why :p, yet when i raise a shield or a weapon to a incoming weapon nothing happens and i collapse onto the floor and die.
although op your saying only 1/5 times you can block, if its that bad THEN it could be partially due to bad connection.
