I recently tried setting up a dedicated Chivalry server in my home network with the hopes of being able to play with my friends once it was up and running. The machine runs Windows 10 and I have downloaded SteamCMD and the dedicated server files.
Ports 7777,7778, and 27015 are all forwarded to the internal IP of the server.
I used the following guide to edit the necessary config file:
After making a few minor adjustments to the PCServer-UDKGame.ini file, and running the server with the following command:
UDKLogging.exe AOCLTS-Arena3_p?steamsockets -seekfreeloadingserver -Port=7777 -QueryPort=27015
The server would load but it was not visible in the main server list, on the LAN tab in game and I could not join via the console in game as well. If I attempted to join via the console, I would see the following…(ips altered)

So the server is seening a connection attempt but nothing is getting through. I disabled the WIndows firewall to see if that was perhaps at fault but that did not work. I’m at a loss as to why I can’t connect to the server.
I’m not sure where to go from here other than to try and throw this on a linux box and see if I have any more luck. It does not seem like it should be this hard.
