      to have a big open world you will need a stronger servers than what there are now… also in that mod you will need a health mechanic stored inside the game… i think that this is work for a whole game not 1 mod… maybe someone will take your idea and use it in the modtools

      maybe instad of rescuing the princess maybe you will need to steal the king’s crow by opening a small gate just like in darkforest 3rd objective or killing the king that will be a NPC with butshitload of hit points (or another player) and than when a player pick up the crow he cant attack (holding the crow with both of his hands… have some respect to the crow…) and his team need to defend him thro the gates to their camp (the sprint run with the crow in quiet slow so the other team can get the crow back…) and if the crow carrier dies the crow fall on the floor and each team can pick it up one to finish the objective of stealing the crow and the other is to make it harder for them and taking it farther away… or the one that pick up the crow become a king with all the king’s perks… i dunno just thought ran thro my head…

      i think since most if not all of the vg weapons are more of a cutting (good against mma and archers) and not a lot that deal a blunt weapon dmg than the polehammer should be the best weapon against knight by having high blunt force… i dont think it should have a buff against mma and archers they are quiet underpowered already (unless you are skilled with either of them with is extremly hard to be…)

      just go random… random class and you need to choose your weapons randomly i guess… or try to get those speacial stuff like fire arrows and stuff like that…

      all the ideas are great but im afriad that you didnt understood what i mean…
      lets say there is a map with 4 objective all of them are revers able as opening gate and so on…
      both team deploy in the 2 close bases as such
      base 1 : nutral
      base 2: mason
      base 3: agatha
      base 4: nutral

      now after deploying both teams will try to get the other team’s base that will be the objective.
      lets say mason got the agatha base and now they control it so then the bases will be like this

      base 1: nutral
      base 2: nutral
      base 3: mason
      base 4:agatth

      so now after the mason have control on the 3rd base the deployment for the agatha is in the 4th base, they retreted and the mason’s deployment is the 3rd base.

      if the agatha makes a comeback they gain the 3rd base and push the mason to the 2nd and if the mason push the agatha from the 4th base then the agatha team lose…
      whoever have less bases for them to fallback to will lose when the round ends.

      no in darkforest the teams split because some just want to kill and some think i will do the objective on a random server you cant “control” people just like you want if someone will say to a group in the team go do that most of em will say “i will do what i want this is a game” so that why it’s only going to work on clans or tournaments.
      also the objective of blowing up a mountain passage will be awesome but if the enemy just made a comeback after the mountain has been exploed…? how to you capture that base? you cant revers the blow up, maybe if you will be able to push some wooden spikes to put to block it again than it might work but i find it hard to believe that this will happend in the near future

      this will work only in tournaments and clans since people come and go on every random server. maybe you could make the 2 teams start both in close bases in the same time and every team needs to capture the base that the other team now deploying at when you capture a base the enemy base goes one backwards… and so on (just like in the fps game “heros and generals”)
      the objectives can be:
      gate openning
      lowering bridge
      or even haveing more people at the same basse than the other team like conquest in battlefield.
      and so on, it needs to be objectives that can go both ways if you push a bomb cart to explod the gate than you cant revers that if the enemy team makes a comeback

      this game isnt the fastest pace game ever and it doesnt need a boost in making battles go longer i think it better stick with the fients as they are right now. it drains stamina after all, if you do 2-3 feints you dont have enough stamina for a hit anyway llol

      i dont know about the 2 objectives for each team as a defending and attacking i think it will just make each team into 2 teams and what will you do with the spawn?
      if you spawn closer to one objective the other one will be deserted.
      that’s a great idea but it need some polishing…
